1920’s house remodel in the sought after Highland park area for an investor / developer.
New floor plan was created and turned a very awkward space into a fully functioning home that fits today’s life style.
The kitchen was opened up to the living areas, received a large island with it own prep sink, the master bathroom received a complete over haul with a free standing tub, double vanity and large glass shower, a family room was added by re-configuring the space and add valuable living areas by removing small closets and hallways.
Modiano Design was in charge of creating a new floor plan, chose surface materials, designed kitchen and bathrooms, colors for both interior and exterior, landscaping & hardscaping.
After the job was done, Modiano Designed also staged this house.
Received Multiple offers on the first open house and had an excepted offer within the first 2 weeks.
